A project with EXTENZO®: simple, clean and quick fast

With Extenzo, the stretch Stretch ceiling Ceiling has earned its spurs in the construction sector industry. Its very advanced system makes sophisticated projects possible… whilst remaining extremely simple to use. On site execution is astonishingly fast, all the more so moreover because the work takes place in clean, and dry conditions. 

Taking measurements

This process is done in the traditional manner or with the tool kit specially designed by Extenzo. The shapes can be enormously complex, with an unlimited number of angles and curves.

Manufacturing the Extenzo® stretch ceiling

Each stretch ceiling is made to measure by in-house designed PLCs, with a choice of over a hundred colours and some ten textures. Cutting and assembly welding is conducted with absolute millimetre precision. A standard ceiling can be dispatched within 1 to 10 days, by rapid express delivery service: no need to hire a lorry, a 30 sqm stretch ceiling fits into a small package!

Fitting tracks

The peripheral tracks are fixed by screwing or stapling onto the wall or ceiling: with a simple laser level, the operation is extremely simple. Extenzo has developed multi-purpose tracks: the low number of references simplifies ordering, storage and the job of the installer.

Fitting accessories

Next, the details are seen to: posts, columns, integrated spotlights, chandeliers, light-boxes, ventilation, sprinklers… Custom fitting accessories simplify the job and guarantee an impeccable result.

Installation of the EXTENZO®'s strech ceiling

Prior to installation, the thermo-expandable stretch ceiling is softened by slightly raising the ambient temperature for the time needed to lock the anchors into the track. The stretch ceiling automatically becomes taut as it cools, thanks to its thermo-retractable design. The job is finished, with no without noise, damage or rubble !

Removal for renovation and other work

Both installation and removal of the stretch ceiling are straightforward: no demolition or finishing work when you need to install a new system – home automation, security system or, a computer network, for example.
